Problem

Property seekers across Africa often deal with unverified listings, inconsistent information, and no centralized place to browse trustworthy inventory across property types and regions. Meanwhile, property professionals using Manaja's Property Management module had no public storefront to showcase their listings to actual buyers and renters.

Solutions

I built a standalone marketplace site, independent of the core app but connected to it, giving property professionals a public shop window for the listings they manage in Manaja and giving buyers/renters a single, filterable place to search verified properties by location, type, and budget. I owned the full build — UI/UX, frontend implementation, search/filter logic, and deployment — as a solo effort separate from the core ERP team.
