Growing businesses, especially SMEs, typically cobble together five or more separate tools,  spreadsheets, a CRM, a payroll app, an inventory tracker, a task board, to run daily operations. This causes duplicated data entry, siloed reporting, and inconsistent records across departments, with cost and complexity compounding as the business scales.

As part of the engineering team, I helped build a single ERP platform consolidating the core functions a growing business needs, HR, payroll, CRM, finance, inventory, property, projects, and compliance, into one system. Teams get real-time visibility across departments and AI-assisted automation for repetitive workflows, instead of manually exporting and reconciling data between disconnected tools. My focus was on building modules capable of handling multiple business domains within a single, coherent React/Node.js/PostgreSQL application without the interface collapsing into complexity.
